Nylon ply coming out of sidewall of a Goodyear tire on a 2016 Chevy Tahoe. Dot pjxp jk1R size P265/65R18 and 2016 Chevy Tahoe's owners manual not explaining how to open the spare tire hoist shaft access door on page 380 or 386 of the owners manual.
