My wife was pulling into a parking stall and about to come to a stop when she was approximately halfway into the stall the car fully accelerated and slammed into the tree at the end of the stall. This is a very serious fault since if it had occurred most any other place the damage and safety of others could have been terrible. One stall over and she would have gone down an embankment and out into the road. GM would not look at it because by the time the claims person talked to me and said the car had to be in the same condition after the accident in order to look at it, the auto body shop had already taken the front apart to assess the damage. So now I have to get Chrysler to analyze the "black box" and in the mean time I'm having to drive it so hopefully the information is not deleted. It would be helpful to know if anyone else has had this problem.
