Where should I start with this car!? The car is 4 years old and on it's 3rd brake pad replacement as well as several of the rotors more than once. Now I have 2 bad wheel bearings and the car has no heat on the passenger side. The fix for both of these is well over $1700. I have run cars into the ground with well over 100k miles on them and NEVER had to repair as much as I've had to repair on this pile of junk!!!!!! The transmission has always been an issue and slips, jumps and bumps. Sometimes it gets stuck and will not accelerate. A real treat when you live off of a road that people drive 55+ on. I have never had so many problems with one car! STAY AWAY FROM CHRYSLER! I am about to trade it in as is, be upside down, have a higher interest rate and I don't even give two s*^ts as long as I can get rid of it!! JUNK! And now a recall but they don't know yet how or when they will fix it. NICE!! More broken CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

200 Touring 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 38,120 miles

My front brakes went out in August when it had under 36,000 miles on it. I had to replace the front brakes and the rotors. It cost me about 400.00. Then a few weeks later they went out again and they warrantied them out. They lasted for a few months. Then on Jan 2, 2014 my front brakes went out again and then on Jan 4, 2014 my back brakes went out. Everybody said my back brakes should have never gone out that early.

I had to put front brakes on AGAIN on Monday Jan 20,2014 and the mechanic looked and said I will have to replace my back brakes by the end of the week. I'm so frustrated with my car so much. I have contacted Chrysler and they said they can't to anything about it till I have a diagnostic test ran on the car but I've put all my money in on putting new brakes so I can have a car to drive. Plus making payments on it. It only has a little over 38,000 miles on it. I don't know what to do anymore. This is my second 200 and I probably won't buy another one and it's sad cause I really like the way the drive

200

  • Automatic transmission
  • 32,000 miles

at 32,000 miles my front driver's side brake started to rub and when I took it in to have it checked I was told that I needed to replace the front brakes on both sides. I understand having wear items match. However, given the fact that sometimes the noise continues after I let off the brake, I am thinking that it may be a caliper issue. Why a car has caliper issues at 32K is beyond me. out of my 45 mile commute each way the majority is highway-and the first 5 miles is country. I only hit stop and go traffic the last 2 miles of the commute. Hopefully I will be able to have it looked at by the dealer today, if it is a caliper issue, I have 2500 miles left on the warranty to get it fixed.
