I went to get an appraisal on my car for trade in when dealership told me they couldnt give me full kelly blue book value because of a recall. I was never notified about a recall and had the car for 2 years. I then tried getting a hold of Chrysler no answer and finally talked to customer service from mopar that told me there is nothing rhey can do about it but put me on a tracking list when and if they get parts to fix my car. I got screwed royally bc I cant get more money for my trade in and now am driving a car with an airbag recall. So disappointed and pissed off!!
