Video Routing Module Enhancements For Rear Seat Entertainment System
This bulletin involves updating the Video Routing Module (VRM) software.
A customer may experience one or more of the following:
Occasional reset.
Remotes frequently do not pair.
Rear screens can be accidently controlled from the radio outside of the parental control feature.
Black screen.
