The Uconnect navigator jumped to close to 200 miles from where I was actually located and has stayed that way since then. This could have been very dangerous had I been on a back road really relying on the system. Now all I can get out of anyone from support is to "take it to the dealer". No hints on how to reset the unit or offer to give me the software for a reload. It is always "take it to the dealer".
I am not convinced that Fiat Chrysler know about these problems but is making money off these repairs and software reloads. The internet is full of complaints about these issues and still FCA ignores its customers. After owning Chrysler minivans since 1984, I am about ready to move on to another brand.
