I had 2 tires that the worker took pictures of and sent them to Chrysler/dodge to have replaced under warranty. It came back as ok. Replace rims under the chrome rims bubbling 2 front rims. when i took my car in to be fixed for the rims they replace 1 front and 1 rear tire when they were suppose to do the 2 front and they told me that 1 rear tire was showing bubbling so they replaced that and i asked what about the other front tire that was already approved they said it had curb damage so it doesn't get covered under warrenty even though its not anywhere near the bubble in the middle of the rim and i said they already approved it he told me that because of the comp pics showed it it didn't show the little bit of curb damage that it had . so if you have a little curb damage and it bubbles in the middle they wont cover it.

i had extra wheel and rim coverage on my car and they covered it that way after dealing and fighting with them about it for 2 weeks but it had to come off my extra coverage which only covers 4 wheel and 4 rims in 7 yrs so minus 1 rim of my coverage when it should have been a factory defect.

Then to top it off after they were done doing the work i go to my car and find someone hit my car in the parking lot and they didn't tell me it was big time noticeable there was still scratch paint that you could wipe off with your finger so you can see it just happened there . i went back inside and told them and they played stupid.tried to get away with buffing it out didn't work and manager said is that ok and i said no you can still see it and he says well what do i want to do about it then .i said what do i want to do about it .i said i want it fixed .after him giving attitude about it said well sent it out to be painted with attitude because they have to eat the cost because they don't know who did it.then after dealing with 2 weeks of all the problems it comes back with a 6 in run mark of paint in 2 spots. i was done i told him give me my car back and ill get it fixed myself by someone else who knows what there doing.
