The dealer (anderson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, 3920 AZ-95, lake havasu city, AZ 86404, (928) 764-5153) was unable to determine when the manufacturer would be able to provide the remedy and repair parts for the recalls. In addition, when using the car jack, it was structurally unable to hold the weight of the vehicle and would collapse to the ground without warning.
