2010 Ford Escape. Consumer states vehicle has a fast idle speed, ignition key lock problem and a soft brake problem. The consumer requested to have the idle speed lowered to 500 RPM. The dealer stated that could not be done because the idle was set at the factory. The consumer stated the vehicle would roll forward and backwards due to the fast idle speed. He almost hit the back of a building because the vehicle rolled back when he started the vehicle in reverse.
