I bought this car at Maxwell Ford in Austin Texas. The first oil change the car was near two quarts low. I called the dealer and over the phone they said it was not possible and the person doing the oil change probably did not know what it was. They asked me to drive it and check it again. I did and it was over one quart low. I tried one more time and it was over a quart low this past Saturday. I called the dealer (Maxwell Ford) and was given voice mail. I sat at home waiting on a call all morning and none I called back and was given voice mail four more times. I called again and requested to talk to the general manager. I was not allowed and everyone was busy selling cars and could not take a call. I finally called three times today and got to a service man. He said I would have to take it to a different dealer and have them check out why it was using oil. Now I have to have them change the oil and drive it for 3000 miles and let them check it again. I bought this car to use, not be a tester for Ford. In all this conversation I found I am not registered with ford under the VIN. They gave me the correct VIN than my car is registered in. All kinds of strange stuff going on, my problem is I expected a car with no problems or one that would be taken care of. Maxwell Ford does not take care of the car and do a lot better job of selling than taking care. I am now looking at my options on this car, as I am sure there is engine damage and I am stuck with it.....................not what I wanted to do in my retirement
