In December 2024 I purchase this 2019 Ford Escape SE. I paid 19,000 of my hard earned money for this car. Starting around the middle of January 2025 the engine light starting coming and I used to obd code reader and my codes read P0301 P0301BD. Which meant a cylinder one mis-fire. This continued coming on at least 5 or 6 times in January 2025. I decided to take it in for repairs; changed my mind when I found out the cost. I just been keep and eye on. After a few months I decided to have the spark plugs and ignition coil to see if that would fix the engine light problem; but it did not. During my last oil change this past May 2025, it was found that I needed to have a compression test to see if I had anti-freeze leak. But the test was never done due to money matters. I came across this site and decided to be apart of this lawsuit.
