We have taken the vehicle in multiple times for this whining sound we even have it recorded on our phones but since it comes and goes they can't find the source of the problem. We do know it only happens when the car is moving. Everyone can hear it from a block away and all heads turn to see our car. We have heard it could be break pads need replacing but even though vehicle is covered for first 12000 miles they will not repleace good pads. They state if it is the pads we need to pay out of pocket for new ones. We bought the car brand new for over 38000 and yet we need to pay more while under warranty? Seems unfair and we won't pay.
