I am disappointed with the appointed FORD DEALER in Nigeria- COSCHARIS LTD where I purchased the car from in 2014. After one year, the Engine light on the dash board started showing and at each time it got cleared after service and returns in a matter of days. The dealer and his garage couldn't permanently fix this and never showed any iota of care or empathy for me.

As if that was not enough, one of the rear brake lights went off. I took the car there and they told me that's not covered by their so called 4 year warranty and told me to come pay over $1,000 equivalent in Nigeria currency to get it replaced, when it was not broken and its a matter of a bulb going off I presume. I have not really enjoyed good support from them.

The upholstery also started pulling off at some point and they kept pushing back on fixing this, despite being just about 3 years into the warranty then.

Now I am into the 4th year of the warranty which expires by July 2018, I had a problem with the steering as it just got locked 2 weeks ago when I stopped to buy fuel for the car. I couldn't even sum up the courage to approach COSCHARIS LTD as they are never responsive and I approached a local mechanic but unfortunately he has not been able to fix, as I was told I need to change the complete steering rack and have not been able to find a good one to buy.

I am really confused and losing faith in the FORD brand. Is there any way I can get a good steering rack to buy not far from Nigeria Lagos where I am with the car.
