Vehicle was involved in a head-on collision at approximately 30-35 mph, causing vehicle to hit a steel light pole. Upon impact, both airbag's experienced no deployment, which resulted in head injuries, minor wrist and back injuries. Manufacturer was notified.
Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision at 35mph. Upon impact, the airbags did not deploy, resulting in minor injuries. Vehicle was totaled. Manufacturer will be notified.
Truck was involved in an inter-sectional crash, impact speed about 40 mph, and there was no deployment of air bags. The truck is being repaired by dealership.

Consumer was involved in a 40 mph collision in which the driver's and passenger's air bags did not deploy. Also, the automatic fuel system did not cut off.
Consumer was involved in a 45 mph frontal collision, hitting two trees, totally damaging the front end of the vehicle. The driver's or passenger's air bags did not deploy.
While driving 50mph the vehicle experienced a loss of control, unknown as to why the vehicle lost control, and went through a mailbox/tree/ embankment until it stopped on a field on its own. Also, the bumper experienced frontal impact damage, but the driver's airbag did not deploy and did not protect the occupant in this accident. Caused unknown.
