CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2013 Fusion doesn’t have the same track record of power steering failure as the previous 3 model years. Of course, those owners said their steering failed at 60k–100k miles. So this appears to be a classic "wait and see" scenario.
In the meantime, there’s plenty of interior accessory problems to complain about. By themselves, each is a barely a blip on the radar. But combined, they give you that feeling of what the hell have I gotten myself into?

Most of the time my car is fine, but it will randomly stall and die when least expected. It's always after the car is warmed up. I can go to a store for about 20 minutes or slightly longer, get ready to go again, back it out of the parking spot, accelerate to go forward and it will stall and most of the time die. There is no engine light on it. I had the fuel pressure sensor replaced, which seemed the most logical remedy, but the car persists on randomly stalling.
I've been told that they cannot detect the issue while the car is not acting up, but there's no rhyme or reason to the issue; it's completely random. I've spoken with Ford Motors and two dealers, and they've never heard of this issue before. After reading the rants on this blog, I'm surprised they haven't. I've driven Fords nearly all my life and have never seen anything like this. I'm open to any suggestions of what to do next, because my car is very dangerous running the way it does now.
