GMC/CHEVROLET: HEADLAMP SWITCH INOP IN MANUAL MODE ONLY. HEADLIGHTS ARE ALWAYS FUNCTIONAL IN AUTOMATIC MODE. THIS COULD BE THE RESULT OF A RELAY INSTALLED IN THE INCORRECT POSITION WITH THE UBEC. *PE
