Crash impact was to the front corner/bumper of the vehicle in front of the driver coming from the side, the driver's left. Driver's airbag did not deploy.
The vehicle was involved in a frontal collision, and the air bags failed to deploy, and the seat belt did not restrain the passenger, which resulted in injuries.
While traveling at 40-45 mph the consumer ran off the road, and ran into a enbankment head-on and then flipped, but none of the air bags deployed. Contacted dealer, and dealer was not willing to do anything.
While driving at 35 mph, they were in a traffic accident and hit another vehicle in the rear. The airbag didn't deploy upon impact. Consumer has not contacted the dealer.
