I have owned my Honda Accord hybrid ex-L for almost a year now. I purchased it with 72k miles on it. I didn’t notice the noise until I started really driving it a lot. I work for a Honda dealership and the car has been in service multiple times and still nothing. I fear something expensive is gonna break at any given second.
Took back to dealer after fourth day of owning where service manager said car was operating correctly. Took back 1.5 weeks later and told still the engine runs correctly. Didn't think mechanic knew how to work on car because this is first year of hybrid accord. Took to another honda service shop and told same. No one at this dealership had even seen this year hybrid model but told me it runs correctly. This is THE worst car I've ever owned!!! I do not recommend anyone buy this model hybrid accord! Honda America reps are not compassionate to problem. Obviously they think Honda can do no wrong and/or their cars have faults! I honestly don't think they know how to work on this hybrid engine! Please help!
