Timing chain tensioner loosened causing timing chain stretch
We've had multiple Hondas with well over 200K with regular maintenance and have never had a catastrophic failure like this, even with our other cars, nothing so significant. Dealer won't cover it b/c warranty is 7 years/100K and now we have 115k in 6 years. The car has been regularly serviced so, this shouldn't have happened.
