Honda fixed the $400 problem and charged me $100. At 53,000 miles they went out again so I traded it in for a new Nissan Altima. It has more room, better AC, more power, better brakes, and zi hope better wheel bearings. I also just recieved a recall notice on the Civic 's engine. They said they would replace it for 8 years if I had problems. They should do the same for their wheel bearings.
