Same year I purchased the vehicle I noticed that if I let the air conditioner runs for more than 20-30 mins it makes this whirring sound.
Took it to Honda and was told they couldn't mimic the sound.
No repair was completed nor was the incident documented.
Today is now 8/23/20 and it still makes the same sound and now my air isn't as cool.
