I had the technician test drive my car, I asked him to test drive the same car they had in the car lot. He definitely notice a difference my engine was noisy and the motor was weak. I also can hear the a noise in the transmission when changing gears. The engine is not stable and solid. When I start running the car the muffler and engine are to noisy.

Civic SE V4

  • Automatic transmission
  • 975 miles

WHEN WE TOOK THE CAR AND ASKED FOR AN INVOICE, THE TECHNICIAN SAID WE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. I FEEL THAT I BOUGHT THIS CAR IN HOPES THAT EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY. TO FIND OUT THIS AND OTHER PROBLEMS OCCURRED WITH NO ONE KNOWING WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM, IT IS AGGRAVATING FOR THE CUSTOMER WHEN THE DEALERSHIP GIVES YOU THE RUN AROUND ABOUT IT.

I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN ON A FIXED INCOME AND I SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH A PROBLEM SUCH AS THIS WHEN THE DEALERSHIP KNEW ALL THE TIME THE PROBLEMS THEY WERE HAVING WITH THIS AND OTHER MODELS. THIS CAR WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE SERVICE DEPT 3 TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM, VIBRATION IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE WHEN IN IDLE AND IN THE PROCESS OF BACKING UP WITH OR WITHOUT THE EMERGENCY BRAKE ON OR NOT
