Center passenger seat back does not lock into place endangering occupant during a roll over or sudden stop / accident situation. Sometimes it locks, sometimes it does not, and also during hard impact force on the seat back the seat back will start to move freely. Dealer refused to entertain defect request to address. Dealer also refused to provide a part information that shows the locking mechanism so that a replacement could be obtained. The apparent defect appears to be a design and/or manufacturing problem.
