the A/C stopped cooling/metal shaving found throughout system..I've never had the A/C system on a vehicle fail in 2 years. This was in 2008. It is now 2010, 2 years again, and the same problem is happening again. Is Honda's A/C only good for a 2 year period? I usually keep a vehicle close to 10 years and have not had the A/C fail on any of them during the 10 year period.

This is the second time that this vehicle has had a major problem with the A/C. Right now it is in the dealership for repair, won't know the extent of the problem until Monday. However, they were looking for metal shavings throughout the system which is what happened in 2008. It seems to me that the Honda A/C system self destructs every 2 years.
