The van came with about 6 plastic fixers missing which I noticed when I was under the van wondering where the noise was coming from. I still can't believe it left the factory with so many clips missing. It came off one day, damaged the washer pump which leaked and needed replacing. I asked for the clips to be replaced when the self closing door was being fixed. Also the extra sun screens we paid for when new which fell off before we ever got to use them. (They never addressed that problem, either.)
