sliding doors on both sides would not latch or come open
The problem is the dirt or sand will stick on the rollers and latches and wear the plastic away in time. We live on gravel roads about 2miles. The dealer told us to wash out the guides for the sliding doors. We do wash our van biweekly and wash out the roller guides with a pressure washer. Still had the problem the next year again. Rollers and latches are about $1600 for both doors. So be prepared to spend the money if you don't have any warranty, because it is to dangerous to drive around with the doors open an inch to two and not latched!!! Scary with kids because the problem will come on with out notice. Beware!
