I had nothing but problems with this 2013 Honda Van since I got it. The Kona Honda Service dept is the Worst. They try to argue with you, make you wait four hours for even an "A" service which is a quicky oil change. The service manager is horrible, hence the trickle down.

I keep my cars in tip-top shape, regular wheel alignments, oil changes, check air pressure weekly, etc...

This is my FIRST Honda, I told the sales person, I heard how Honda is reliable so wanted to try one (I am a Toyota person). Well after this experience, I will NEVER get another Honda again!

Anyway, most recent issue is very loud creaking sound from the front end, especially while turning.

With all the problems I have with Kona Honda Service, I try to take all my cars into other places first. I had to get the rotors changed (another issue I see many others have with the Honda Van-warped rotors) and brake pads replaced by our mechanic. He noticed grease leaking and said the creaking should be covered under warranty, so go in to your dealer to get these issues fixed.

Well, called for an appt and the gal writes that it was an engine issue and customer noticed oil leaking...WHAT? I had to go online to correct her description of the issue. Drop the van off and after four hours, they call to say there is grease leaking. Hello, that is what I wrote on your form. Then they say they need to replace the axle but not enough time to do it today (that is because you took four hours to see grease leaking).

Had to make another appt next week. Brought the van in, asked them to also wash the van and rotate the tires (I just bought my second set of new tires the other month-for a 2013 that is excessive, but that is another issue and story). Four hours later got a message van is ready. Got there, they forgot to rotate the tires, so I had to go wait in the waiting room during my short lunch hour. GESH.

Finally get the van, horrible wash job, they let the van windows "air dry" with spots all over. Start driving out, creaking galore. I had to get back to work and they have already wasted two days of my precious Xmas shopping days, will have to bring the van back in January to have them take another look at the Creaking issue.

Dealing with our Honda service dept is getting real old real fast. DML

Update from Jan 12, 2016: Kona Honda FINALLY solved my creaking/popping issue. It only took 3 tries. The second time they changed the passenger axel when the noise was coming from the Driver side. Finally this time, the mechanic drove the van and hear it immediately.
