Touring in central NJ after approx 5k miles, the steering would knock, pop while making left turns and driving over small bumps. The local Honda Dealership was able to reproduce the issue and fix it the first time by lubricating steering column. But when it happened again after 10k miles, Dealership is making excuses and NOT fixing the issue. This is totally annoying and should be fixed permanently as per warranty.

Please report similar issues and how you've been able to resolve it. Thanks!

We can feel a knocking in the steering or axle when hitting bumps or turning the wheel. It is rather subtle, but occurs very consistently. We also recently took the vehicle to the mountains and noticed a shaking, vibration and noise in front end when braking on steep hills. I don't know if the two issues are related. I've taken the vehicle to two different Honda dealers and neither one can replicate the problem. Honda's service solution appears to be keeping the vehicle for two to three days so it seems like they are trying to address the solution. For braking, they confirmed nothing was wrong with the rotors. Between this and other problems, Honda has kept this vehicle in the shop at least twice as many days for the entire time I owned my Sienna for seven years.
