Dealer diagnosed that excessive metal particles in oil caused engine failure. Vehicle is out of warranty period, so not covered. Dealer refuses to acknowledge the problem as a defect. Dealer refuses to acknowledge that this issue has occurred for other cars. The manufacturer denied the request to repair as "good will". The manufacturer denied the request pay half the repair cost as "good will".
