The cas is brand new; staight out of the dealer's parking lot. Practically next day after the purchase, it began to slow down and accelerate on its own accord. Mainly, slowing down though, as if somebody slightly pressed the brake. Unable to maintain constant speed. Unsure if this is a transmission or some other problem, feels more like the transmission.
