16 YEAR OLD SON WAS DRIVING TO CIVIL AIR PATROL CLASS, COMING UP TO A RED LIGHT WHEN HE DEPRESSED THE BRAKE THE ENGINE QUICKLY ACCELERATED AND HE SLAMMED INTO THE CAR IN FRONT OF HIM, AIR BAG DID NOT GO OFF. HE IS HURTING FROM SEAT BELT ON CHEST SHOULDER AND STOMACH AREA. LADY IN FRONT OF HIM HIT HER FACE ON HER STEERING WHEEL INJURING HER NOSE AND SHE REAR ENDED THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HER. AFTER IMPACTING HER CAR HE PRESSED THE BRAKE AND ENGINE REVVED HIGHER UNTIL HE CUT OFF MOTOR.

I WOULD LIKE INPUT OR LEGAL AVENUES TO PURSUE AS MY CAR IS TOTALED AND CAUSING US EXTREME STRESS BESIDES THE FORE COMING BILLS AND INSURANCE RATE CLIMB.

MY SON WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A SCHOLARSHIP TO OBTAIN HIS PILOTS LICENSE AS HE IS 1 OF 8 CHILDREN AND NEEDS TO COMPLETE THIS PROCESS BUT IS WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION NOW TO DO SO.
