Peeling paint on this model was fixed by manufacturer extended warrantee only between 2016-2018 models. Why isnt the 2019 covered? Total run around from dealer.

I have paint peeling on the roof and hood of vehicle. I just feel like Hyundai themselves should paint car without any out of pocket cost to me. The car is only 4 years old and kept out of harsh weather there no excuse.
