My vehicle has now been at Guelph Hyundai for over 8 weeks, and during this entire period, I have not been provided with a loaner vehicle or any alternative transportation.

Despite repeatedly raising this concern, I have been told that no loaner will be provided until a decision is made, leaving me in an extremely difficult position.
While I understand that investigations take time, the length of this delay-combined with the absence of transportation support-feels unreasonable and distressing, especially given that my vehicle is well within the warranty period and all requested documentation has been provided promptly.
