CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2016 Tucson comes with a dual-clutch, 7-speed transmission. But Hyundai forgot to tell you about one key phrase – zero-move. That's right, an alarming number of owners have said their SUV wouldn't accelerate after a stop.
Turns out that's because the transmission's application logic has been stumbling all over itself. Hyundai recalled the issue in September 2016, but it's difficult to say if owners are out-of-the-woods, or if this is just a sign of things to come.
When driving at hwy speeds the car shakes and has a bad vibration in the front and the steering wheel. If you have anything on your passenger seat the whole thing you can see shaking. I have had this issue for a long time now.. And actually I think it started before the 8000 miles. I have had my tires balance 3 times and rotated 4 times already. They say that is normal to feel like that due to the high performance tires!! Really??
Also at high speeds it sounds like you have one window open and you get that dull tunnel feeling noise, and you have to have the radio on in order to not hear it. And they say that is normal as well! This is my 3rd complaint about this car which each being a different one. Has 13,000 miles on it and has been to the shop 7 times and they say nothing we can do because its all normal. Okay Hyundai look at all the complaints here!!!! They don't care to help or fix any of there issue and just want us to deal with it. I will never buy another car from this company again.
