The Forward Collision Avoidance assist, master warning, intelligent driving assist, and forward safety warning lights were illuminated. The local dealer was contacted, who was unable to determine the cause of the failure but was able to reset the radio. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and determined that the vehicle failed to meet the qualification for the Lemon Law. The failure mileage was approximately 500.

The contact stated that occasionally the failure lasted for 20 minutes before the instrument cluster returned to normal function. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the coaxial cable needed to be adjusted. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure reoccurred. The contact had taken the vehicle back to the same dealer who diagnosed the vehicle and informed the contact that the instrument cluster wiring harness needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 5,000.
