It hasn't failed yet, the recall is for the fuel pump relay. We got a notice and have been trying to get the dealer to fix it since December with no success. The notice says it can fail and cause an accident... if the dealer is in no hurry to fix it, who is responsible if it fails, causing an accident that kills my family?
