First visit to dealer - Cleaned Fuel Jets ($250+) - Problem still occurs Next Action - Dealer agreed to try to get problem to occur while in shop. Atter 3 weeks dealer could not get it to fail. Drove it home that day - problem occurred again. Next Action - Replaced Fuel Pump - Problem still intermittent Next Action - Replaced Relay - Problem still intermittent Last resort - Replaced ECM - Still occurs. Sometimes, the fuel pump turns off while driving creating a severe safety hazard as there is no warning and very little inertia to get car off road, while creating traffic jams. Many complaints of this nature on internet. Suspect Kia bought a bad ECM design.

To date, I have put in over $1200 and the problem still persists. Cutrubus Motors has made no effort to get factory engineers involved.

Next step will be to seek restitution for failure to make customer satisfied - me being the customer.
