96 V 109 000/ interior system: Seat belt: Lap: Rear: The consumer stated his vehicle does not have the automatic locking feature as states in this recall. The consumer notified the dealer. The dealer informed the consumer that his vehicle identification number was not covered under that recall. Consumer feels their VIN should be included in the recall.
