The contact owns a 1999 Lincoln Town car. While driving at 70 mph, the parking lights and the low beam head lamps failed to illuminate and all the warning lights on the instrument cluster illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure recurred on numerous occasions. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 170,000.
