The current description has to do with mechanical defects: I leased a brand new 2005 Nissan Murano in April 2005, and in August of that year the car had major mechanical malfunctions that included: ABS light came on, internal failure of ABS actuator, and right front ABS sensor, engine probelms with loss of power, and acceleration. Nono current through pin connectors. Had to replace ECM. Engine light came on, internal failure to throttle body, all wheel drive light came on. They replaced the alternator, I also had internal failure of A/C amplifier. My car was in the shop from 8/5/05 - 9/13/05 a total of 39 days! I called Nissan about complying with the lemon law and to now they have declined to cooperate. I am currently seeking legal representation in this matter.
