heat and ac doesn't work. the truck needs to be hot to work the heat, a least 20min driving to work.

Pathfinder SE V6

When the vehicle is at idle (stop sign, red light, etc.) no heat will come out of the vents. This has been a problem since I purchased the vehicle two years ago. The dealership told me that Nissan is not aware of any problems with the heating system but it may be a worn out water pump.
