A second Goodyear assurance tire size 205/55/R16 dot M60F ul1R 1614 has gone out in the past 5 days on my car with the same issue: Belt breakage leading to tire separation and failure. The dealer replaced the tire under my road hazard warranty. The right front tire blew out 6/24/16 and now the left rear tire blew out 6/29/16. No injuries or crash involved.

Since the day I purchased the vehicle I have had ongoing issues with the tire pressure sensors. The light comes on and will not go off. The first time it happened the dealership replaced the sensor. A week later it came on again, the sensor was replaced again. As I drove off the lot it came back on. The entire rim and sensor was replaced. It has continued to come on repeatedly over the years. In addition I have had to replace all 4 tires yearly as they wear unevenly, regardless of the brand. The back tires wear in a wave pattern, the front wear around the edges even after new tires are balances and aligned. I can not drive at highway speeds with the windows open because of the noise the tires make. It makes me sick to my stomach. With all the other sensor light, tire and suspension issues others are having I am surprised there hasn't been action taken. Tires are not an accessory part, it is a necessary part and when they fail people get hurt.

I currently own a 2008 Nissan Sentra. I have noticed that the rear of my car seems to slide out during winter weather. My tires also seem to wear quicker and my gas mileage is way below the mileage I should be getting. I had the alignment done twice when I first got the car back in 2008 but nothing changed and I just gave up. Recently I have read that many people have this issue but unfortunately my car is out of warranty.

I had to replace Bridgestone turanza el 400 tires with only 22K miles on them. We kept the tires rotated and balanced, but still had problems with air loss. We have a 2008 Nissan Sentra that was purchased new in 12/2007. We started having problems with those tires within a few months. The tires probably had about 3000 miles on them at the time it started. At first we thought it was just a faulty sensor, but found out otherwise. The car rode very rough and the tires were always loud. The dealer blamed it on a nail, did a cheap patch job and then later denied they patched it and refused to replace the tire. The sensors are worthless too. The low tire light would come on and the car would start bouncing around and we realized it was time again. Finally after 1 1/2 years of problems and taking it to the dealer we finally had enough and replaced the tires at a tire store. Anyone with these tires should do a google search of "Bridgestone turanza problems" and "Bridgestone turanza EL400 complaints". I have seen complaints from Toyota, BMW, Mercedes, Honda and Nissan owners about these tires. There is a problem. There are numerous complaints on the internet about these tires. Our problem started within 3 months of buying the car.

With 12000 km on my 08 Sentra was informed my rear tires needed to be replaced. After much fighting with my service manager, dealership manager, and dealership owner they agreed to inspect the components of the rear suspension and was informed that it was out of alignment, and they could not bring it to within spec. The fix was a total rear suspension replacement...I now have a front strut bearing gone and have been waiting 2 months for parts...with my front end alignment out because of this, and no word on part arrival.
