Nissan of irvine failed to put all six lug nuts back on my driver side rear tire after a tire rotation. As I was getting on the freeway less than a mile from the dealership I began to lose control of my truck and my wheel came off.

My Titan came with 20" chrome wheels but when I purchased the truck I added a Nissan approved lift kit and tires/wheels. The dealer did not return any of the original equipment yesterday I had what I thought was a blow out the tire separated from the side wall luckily I could get off the interstate well since I added the lift and tires and did not get the original equipment back the lugs do not fit the spare tire so my truck had to be limped in the dealer is aware of the issue but do not give back the original lugs and are not concerned that this spare tire could easily come off going down the highway. I was going down interstate 20/59 when this happened

Pro comp lift kit was installed by dealership. In January 29, 2018 while traveling at about 20 mph on a flat, paved, residential city street, a "nut/bolt" came off, causing the suspension to collapse. This caused the vehicle to become incapacitated, when left rear tire was pushed into rear wheel well. There are also issues with front left tire rubbing against wheel well and "slipping" when turning to park.
