The newer type of high intensity headlights are a safety hazard in that they are so bright that they cause oncoming drivers to lose their "night vision". please work to get rid of the glare. I have thought this for a long time, but the recent press coverage of this issue prompted me to lodge a complaint. Thanks bill K.
