disconnect battery, remove ecm, and fuel pump fuses, clean throttle body with spray cleaner and old tooth brush, push butterfly all the way closed with finger have helper hold battery cables together for 5 seconds, then reatach battery cables. this should work if not try reset sequense again the car revs all crazy at first then relearns its idle thanks toyota pain in my ass!
