The contact owns a 2013 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that while driving 65 mph, the vehicle started to make a ringing noise and all of the warning lamps illuminated on the instrument panel. The contact mentioned that the steering wheel seized, which made it hard to maneuver the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The technician diagnosed that the skid control ECU sensor was defective and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but did not offer any assistance.
