Tuesday July 7, 2020 I attempted to use my Entune Navigation system. I hit the "destination" button which is suppose to bring up the page that allows the user to pick a preset address, point of interest, address book, etc., so that a destination can be mapped and direct the driver there. Instead of this page coming up, the screen stayed on the map screen. Every time I hit the "destination" button the position marker would move to the left. I could not enter a destination to map my route. Other than this, my infotainment system worked normally.

I took my car to the dealership the next day. They tried to get it working but ultimately couldn't and determined that I would need a new Infotainment unit. Fortunately, I have an extended warranty to replace it. The dealership has ordered another Entune infotainment unit for my car. They should have it in a few days.

I was driving from work to my destination on West Marlton Pike. I put the address into my Camry's Entune navigation system. The navigation system got me to East Marlton Pike okay. The navigation system then directed me to stay straight. It showed the dot on the screen indicating the location of my destination was coming up. Once I reached the dot and the navigation system stated that I had arrived at my destination, I was confused because I didn't see it. So I got out my iPhone 6 and put the address into Apple maps. It directed me to go up the road and do a U-turn to get onto West Marlton Pike. The Apple maps directed me directly to my destination. Why couldn't Toyota's Entune navigation system direct me directly to my destination like the Apple maps did? It's as though the Entune navigation system didn't differentiate between West and East Marlton Pike.
