I bought Camry just 10months back and Oxygen Sensor got damaged automatically but Toyota dealer support guy cheated me and had given wrong reason and told me that it wont be covered Toyota Care. IT must be covered by Toyota care as it got damaged naturally and its under 2yrs warranty .Support Guy can not cheat common people like this .Toyota care should cover but they explain wrong reason of damage and did not cover..They charged $370 focefully from my end and I want to file a case. Please suggest how to proceed against a case file Toyota Care
