The contact owns a 2016 Toyota Camry. While driving various speeds, the engine started to sputter without warning. The vehicle was taken to green's Toyota of lexington (630 E new cir rd, lexington, ky 40505) where it was diagnosed that the torque converter needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified and stated that nothing could be done to assist. The failure mileage was 66,000.
