When backing up and applying the brakes, there's a loud clunking, most noticeably coming from the left front wheel. I've been told the noise could be that the wrong brake pads were installed, or possibly the installation of the pads wasn't done correctly by the technician, causing the pads to not be locked into place on the brake caliber.

I have not been back to the dealer to date. I bought the vehicle used, so with 32K, it has 36K, still have all the extended warranty I bought with the vehicle - so will see how much consideration I'm given.
